Hi everyone! Thank you for visiting my Team In Training fundraising website. Many of you know that I enjoy running and have participated in a few half marathons....well...it's time for a new challenge! This spring I will be completing for the first time, a Triathlon. And, for good measure, I'm tharowing in a half marathon at the Vancouver International Marathon on May 6th. Which incidentally, will be my 5 year anniversary with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
I am training to participate in an endurance event as a member of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Team In Training. All of us on Team In Training are raising funds to help stop leukemia, lymphoma and myeloma from taking more lives.
I'm completing this event in honour of my friend Darin Gooda. I met Darin in November of 2005.... Read more about Alcia Rempel
